If you find an identical product offered at a lower price by a competitor, we will match that price, allowing you to shop with confidence and convenience.

   a. Our Price Match Policy applies to identical products available for purchase from both Jingle Truck Toys and the competitor.
   b. The competitor's product must be brand new, in stock, and available for immediate purchase.
   c. The product must be sold directly by the competitor and not through third-party sellers or marketplaces.
   d. Clearance, refurbished, open-box, or damaged items are not eligible for price matching.
   e. The competitor's price must be publicly advertised and verifiable at the time of the price match request.
   f. We reserve the right to verify the competitor's price and availability before approving the price match.

2. Price Match Procedure:
   a. To request a price match, contact our customer service team via our chat service or e-mail.
   b. Provide proof of the competitor's advertised price. This can include a screenshot, a printed advertisement, or any other valid form of documentation.
   c. Our customer service team will review the price match request and verify the eligibility criteria.
   d. If the request is approved, we will match the competitor's price for the eligible product.

3. Price Match Limitations:
   a. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of price-matched products per customer.
   b. Price matching cannot be combined with any other promotional offers, discounts, or coupons.
   c. We do not offer retroactive price matching for past purchases.
   d. The price match policy does not apply to pricing errors made by the competitor or our company.

4. Exclusions, our Price Match Policy does not apply to the following:
   a. Membership or subscription-based pricing.
   b. Auction sites, marketplace sellers, or unauthorized resellers.
   c. Pricing from companies outside the local market or from online retailers based in other countries.
   d. Contract pricing, including bundle or package deals.
   e. Price match requests made after the purchase has been completed.

5. Policy Updates:
   We reserve the right to modify or terminate this Price Match Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website.
