At Jingle Truck Toys, we understand that sometimes, a return might be necessary. Even though we specialize in rare and limited edition Funko pops, we're here to support you throughout your purchase journey. Below are the details on how to make a hassle-free return:
CONDITION OF ITEMS
Please note that you may not receive the item with the "perfect" box and "perfect" paint job. While we cater to many collectors and do our best to hand-pick the best items, there may be shelf wear, scratches, creases, cuts, minor dents, bends, and imperfections. If you seek the "perfect" box and paint job, we recommend shopping at a big-box store in person where you can see the actual item you intend to purchase. Unfortunately, we will not be able to exchange items due to imperfections.
IN-BOX COLLECTORS
All our pops are shipped in mint to near-mint condition, any pops with slight to moderate box damage can be found in our damaged collection. We have no control over how shipping couriers handle your package. Thus, there is a chance that it may come in a less-than-perfect condition.
CANCELLATION
Unfortunately, we can only cancel orders within one hour of purchase. Please only place an order when you want the item(s). We cannot cancel your order outside that time range if you change your mind.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please ensure you have the correct address before committing to your order. Packages returned due to incorrect addresses or refused will bear a minimum of a 30% restocking fee. Shipping will not be refunded. Please allow up to 14 business days for your refund to appear after the product returns.
RETURNS
Jingle Truck Toys will tentatively accept LIMITED returns. The toys we sell are hard to come by and are usually limited in quantity. Therefore, we reserve the right to modify returns. We will not accept returns because you do not want the toy anymore or it is not in "perfect" mint condition.
If you want to return your Funko purchase, we're here to help! Please get in touch with us first at support@jingletrucktoys.com to start the return process. The item(s)MUST BE in the original box and packaging, and returns WILL NOT be accepted without a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
If Jingle Truck Toys HQ or Support issues you an RMA, items must be returned within ten days. If you send items more than ten days after the RMA is issued, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Refunds will be issued within two business days after receiving the goods to the original form of payment.
The Return Shipping Label can be purchased via our online store if you'd like to pay for the return shipping label directly.
The following are exceptions to the return policy above:
‚ Condition of the returned item(s) is/are not in the same condition shipped (i.e., additional box damage, an opened sealed black bag for Funko Sodas, missing items, etc.). An automatic 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Apparel may not be worn or washed and must have all original tags attached. Please do not return an apparel item outside of its original package.
Non-apparel items must be unused and in their original packaging. Items marketed and sold as "Funko-Shop exclusives" or "Convention Exclusives" are not eligible for refunds, store credit, or exchange.
All Digital Pop! redemptions are final. No returns are permitted except concerning any statutory warranties or guarantees that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
If the return were due to an error (for instance, we accidentally sent the wrong merchandise), we would accept responsibility for all shipping costs related to the return. When shipping back the incorrect item to us, please use USPS 1st Class Mail or Priority Mail. If the package is too large or very valuable, please contact us so we can arrange the return. Your credit card will be refunded for the shipping. Packages returned to us marked "Refused," "Undeliverable," or otherwise are subject to a 30% restocking fee (This is solely to recoup our losses from charges we incur when this happens). Jingle Truck Toys is entirely not responsible if a package is lost or misdirected due to an incorrectly input address. We have no control over addresses typed on the checkout pages. Please make sure you have typed in the correct address.
